Have your little ones spread out in the classroom or take them outside where they have more room to move about in their own space. Have students act out what you are saying.
- Imagine you are an electric mixer … turned on high.
- Imagine you are an ice cream cone with lots of scoops of yummy ice cream … left outside in the sun.
- Imagine you are a blown-up balloon … and someone put a pin in you.
- Imagine you are a marshmallow … and someone used you over the campfire to make smores.
- Imagine you are a firecracker … and someone lit you up.
- Imagine you are a tire … and you drove over a nail.
- Imagine you are a calm body of water … and someone splashed in like a canon ball.
- Imagine you are a snow child … and they sun came out.
- Imagine you are a water sprinkler … out of control.
