Christmas Paper Chains

If you are looking for an easy Christmas craft, have you thought about making paper chains with your kids?

I make these every year, we hang them around the room during the holiday season and I let the kids can take them home before break to decorate their tree or room.

I use colored (red and green) construction paper cut into strips, looped and glued or stapled together. You can also have your kids decorate the strips before putting them together with markers, paints, glitter, stamps or stickers.

They are also great for helping children count down to a big day by making chains of a certain length.
